Max Power Josh Jimmerson helped me refinance my house. He was there every step of the way, from submitting the proper forms to signing the final paperwork. During the middle of the refi we hit a snag on our loan rate and Josh fought to ensure that our rate was as low as possible. His response time for questions was quick, often on the first call. Verearchela Malcolm The bank manager came out spoke to one client only while the line was outside of the door he did not one thing to move the line the one teller that was there was helping the same one client that the bank manager spoke to for over an hour which she was still helping after I left. The other teller came off of her lunch break yo help move the line. Awful as a banking institution especially .
