Vincent Bruno First off arriving at Amscot at the St.John’s Parkway location we were greeted by Shacora, staff member who promptly greeted us & took charge. Being 1st time customers to this company we only read about it on their website, so to have an actual person have ALL THE ANSWERS & help to newbies was in itself AMAZING!!! She was SO HELPFUL! And not only PREFESSIONALLY BUT PERSONALLY as well. I have NOTHING BUT extreme gratitude & appreciation for a company who hires AMAZING PEOPLE TO STAFF THEIR COMPANY & the employees ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB & helping the people who come in . I would not hesitate for a minute to use them again or recommend them to ANYONE to use Thank you again AMSCOT

Robbin Taylor This has been my primary bank for almost 10 years but I’m about ready to switch to another credit union. This new update is terrible. I can’t send money to a new e-mail or phone number through Zelle until they approve it..that’s ridiculous. A few weeks ago they also printed my new debit card incorrectly and I could not set a pin or use it and had to come back in to get another printed… again this is my primary bank so I didn’t have access to my money for hours. You call and they make you wait hours for a call back to speak with their “debit card” department. I think I’ll be going over to Tyndall or Innovations due to all the technical issues this bank has and dumb security measures. Update: PCU reached out to me and corrected the issue. The customer service from Keith Herrick and Shannon Williams was great. I am now able to send money as I please without restrictions. Thank you again!
