Jeff J. Overall good bank, the only thing I dislike about it is the ATM. No drive thru ATM means I have the option to either brave crossing main Street like Im fording the river at the end of Oregon trail, dodging Toyota Tacomas, or park close to it in the "No parking zone" so I have a quick getaway in case someone wants to hold me at knifepoint for the $14.76 that I have in the bank.

Bobby Do and Connector Carol Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and hed help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldnt have been better.
