Wells Fargo Bank - Perry (FL)

1 /5 tonya Shiver: My husband and I have separate bank accounts and one together at another bank. I tried to deposit cash into my husbands account today and this bank refused to take the cash. Because I was not a signer on his account. I was not asking for his account information, I already had that. I just wanted to DEPOSIT CASH and they refused the deposit. My husband even asked them what he had to do to allow me to deposit the cash, they told him that he would have to come to the bank himself to make the deposit. So RUN away from this bank. Its a sad day when you cant even DEPOSIT CASH. so now my husband is all the way across the state of Florida and has NO access to his own paycheck. He will be looking for another bank as soon as he gets back home. He chose Well Fargo because they are everywhere. Now he will be pulling his money from them and probably go to Sun State or another popular bank that will allow him or me to deposit CASH.i had to give it at least 1 star to write this but they dont even deserve that star.

1 /5 Thomas Hatch: Line out to the street and lobby STILL closed. No signs stating lobby is closed just locked doors. They are more worried about covid than than they are their clients. Ive had enough of wells Fargo closing their lobby doors to paying customers! MAN UP AND OPEN YOUR LOBBY OR HAVE EVERY TELLER LINE OPENED! I am disgusted with Wells Fargo yet again!

1 /5 Zack Peter: They dont even deserve 1 star worst branch ever.. I would take all my accounts somewhere else, and I would not recommend opening any service here whatsoever..

4 /5 Jeff J.: Overall good bank, the only thing I dislike about it is the ATM. No drive thru ATM means I have the option to either brave crossing main Street like Im fording the river at the end of Oregon trail, dodging Toyota Tacomas, or park close to it in the "No parking zone" so I have a quick getaway in case someone wants to hold me at knifepoint for the $14.76 that I have in the bank.
