After signing, a company rep called to explain a few more details and to ask if I had questions or concerns. Some of the information was new, but most I know about. What impressed me was how friendly the two people I talked with were. Professional, yes, but they didnt race through the information like they were reading off a disclosure statement. We had a nice conversation that left me feeling positive that this is a good company with excellent associates. These qualities seem to be increasingly rare these days, so being treated like a truly valued customer earns points in my book!
