Aretha Watson Greedy. Said it would cost 45 dollars to sodder a clean snap on a sterling silver chain. We know silver isnt an expensive metal. Trouble if you ASK me. He said its because hes located in the mall so thats costly. Lol. No disrespect Sir..but thats ridiculous! Found someone who did it in a jiffy and 5 dollars. Greedy.

Andrew Thompson I first came in to sell some jewelry after looking at reviews online. The staff was polite and after agreeing on a price made the process easy and enjoyable. I have been in a couple of times to sell, and have had a positive experience each time.

Savannah Afu Super friendly and helpful staff. I got a customized bracelet and it’s absolutely adorable. The sterling silver is very nice but it does scratch easily so be careful.

Ben Stewart Concerning card transaction practices, but friendly and good selection. I would strongly recommend paying with cash here and not card; I paid with card as a card-present transaction, and the staff proceeded to write down the CVV2 code for their records, which is highly atypical for contactless transactions, and violates Visas conditions to not request a Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) from the Cardholder for a Card-Present Environment Transaction (5.4.3.1). Pricing on chains was reasonable enough, and they had a decent selection, even in larger sizes.

Orlando Medina Ms Sue was the extremely helpful and the sweetest person ever. She was not only knowledgeable but extremely patient with us. We recommend you stop by and pay her a visit you wont regret it. We will be returning.

I’ve been getting my watch batteries changed here and my watch links adjusted here for some time now and they are the best! Quick, reliable, and reasonable pricing! They also have gorgeous pieces. Donna Moshe Tal has been my jeweler for a couple years now and he’s sourced me every piece of jewelry I’ve asked him for. Love working with him.
