Mrs. Edna let me know about using my old charm ( also purchased their) as an upgrade. They gave me exactly what I paid for that charm 3 years ago in credit towards the new one. Tatiana Jaacks Hands down my favorite jeweler in Florida! Went to multiple places looking for help to design my engagement ring and found Diamond Bay Jewelers to be the best fit. Monica and Tiffany made the process seamless and fun! Even when I thought I was being too picky on the size and shape they were incredibly patient and kind showing me multiple options. I felt that they really cared to ensure I got the right diamond and setting for my ring. My now fiancé and I loved my ring so much that we went back to get his wedding band as they had a great selection of men’s rings to try on and we ended up with even better than what he first imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you want to design a ring and you want to see options and enjoy the process, they are absolutely the kindest souls in the area and my fiancé and I could not be happier with our rings! Lisa Santoro Frederick is an amazing jeweler! I am very impressed with his work. He is an honest business man and has over 30 of experience and does custom designs and amazing jewelry repair.
