Brendan Tate Most of the bad reviews are people that didnt qualify or didnt like the fact that they were given health insurance for free and needed more. This place is wonderful. The staff may come off a bit stern, but they have to be QUICK and they see SO MANY PEOPLE in a single day. They truly are wonderful people that work there, they are just busy! I will say that there can be long wait times (because, again, tons of people), so I HIGHLY SUGGEST setting an appointment for as early as you can get (I believe around 8AM) so you can get in quick.

Mr AyeLuhDude So every month around the same time I would go through the whole process again.(answering why do I need such a large amount in cash) Which always made me feel uncomfortable.(introvert due to poor hearing) But the reason I would draw it all out was because my card would decline and I’m looking southern, knowing it’s there. So I’d have to call the branch and raise my limit every time I had large payments. So today same thing as usual but, I was blessed to speak with ZENIA(Labelle Branch). Which simply explained that the daily limit increase was only good for 24hrs and all I have to do was sign a form to permanently increase my limit. Something so simple made my day because she understood my frustration and her patience and professionalism towards problem solving is top tier.

Alex Gonzalez Sharlah has been my tax accountant since 2019 and she’s always over delivered on her services. She’s an absolute wizard with taxes and has been essential for my business. I always have peace of mind when tax season rolls through because of her. Can’t recommend enough!

Jaki Lauren really takes handling insurance for her customers to a higher level! She is not only professional but goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are always taken care of AND happy! She doesnt just tell you what the score is with one option either, she takes the time to research and give you options and choices for what best meets your, her customers needs. Since doing business with Lauren I can tell you she is TOP NOTCH and I wouldnt take my insurance business anywhere else.
