1 /5 Jessica Rodriguez: This company prepared my taxes in 2022 and it took for me to hire another company in 2025 to fix whatever they did years ago. Now when the amended return was given to me it was given to the original company that filled my taxes in 2022. They took over 1000 in fees to charge for doing my taxes when I never received them til three years later thanks to another company. They deposited into a bank account I don’t have currently. They had me running around in circles trying to find my money when they know they disbursed it after taking their ridiculous fee that wasn’t deserving of because they never fixed my taxes. This company lied and for weeks had me doing all the leg work to try to find my money when they knew exactly where it went. Once I found out I reached out to them to ask how could they take that much money for a job they didn’t do correctly and didn’t complete! It has been over three weeks with no reply ! This company is not trustworthy ! Nor are they big on doing the right thing with owning they didn’t file my taxes correctly which took over three years for me to then fix with another company and they took all the reward instead of refunding me back my money.
