Tony Iacono Clay Collins is one of the most honest and intelligent people I’ve had the good fortune to know and work with in the past 25 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and kind. I wish I could have worked with him when I bought a house out of state after having worked with him on two homes in Florida. I have recommended him to others and they too were extremely satisfied. Best part, when you work with Clay you have a friend for life! There should be more people like him. He is the definition of excellence and always exceeds expectations.

Marie Clark William Hollands team has been a real god-send to our family. The team, especially Kate!, are wonderful. They take time to explain anything you need to know, the advice is excellent and far-thinking, and they are very responsive. Although I give them all 5 stars for professionalism, they are also very human, very kind, and sincerely interested in you and your concerns. Jinette Saez This is the WORST company EVER. I lost my job and requested a distribution back in May and still have not received it. They charged a $75 fee to process my request. On my last call I requested to speak with a supervisor because they want to charge me a $25 fee to stop and reissue the check, I was told by the representative that they didnt have anyone available so I would have to receive a call back in about 2 days. That was over 3 weeks ago and I NEVER received a call from them. Today I tried again and was told the same thing that a supervisor would call me back but when I said I didnt mind waiting the representative hung up on me. HORRIBLE service and none of them showed any empathy for the fact that I had lost my job, I was just another customer calling on the phone with an issue that they did not want to deal with or do the right thing for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE ANYTHING FOR YOU. This company is not reliable or professional and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.

Mary S We dropped off our business and personal bank statements the 2 of January. He kept telling us another 2 weeks, then he went on Vacation for two weeks. Then he had the nerve to charge us $150.00 to file an extension only to find out its FREE. We were charge a total of $750.00 and didnt get our check until beginning of June! That will be the last time we Ever use him again.
