Brandi Taamai My husband and I had to call the customer service number and close out our account because we are struggling and we needed the money. So they said It wouldn’t be in our account in 4 days so we wait out the four days and lo and behold today we look in there and it says it was canceled they have done a disservice to us we are struggling which is why we needed to take out the money in the first place and they did not help us now they’re saying tomorrow. I only gave one star because I had to.

I had no idea on how to collect my gap insurance and move forward with things. Their loans are very affordable and there is no penalty for paying it off sooner. Yet, if you pay it off sooner you save money. Jim Fimbrez I had heard of One Main Financial, but had never had any person to person communication with them. I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan. F & M bank has very knowledgeable bank agents, friendly service but most of all they enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend this bank.

Helen Willoughby Peck I rarely post a review but felt that I should note my very positive experience as opposed to the many, many negative reviews. After reading all the reviews before my visit I expected the worst experience. But, to my surprise, I had a great experience. Bo, the manager greeted us as we walked in and directed us to an associate that would help us out. He was inexperienced and she hovered a bit to help him through. She was very knowledgeable and quickly understood that our road maintenance account had been set up incorrectly years ago and helped us fix a very messy situation. Our appointment went much longer than expected because of so many complications but they were both pleasant and patient. I did wait for a teller for another reason and there were three tellers available. The line was not that long. There seemed to be quite a few people in the lobby hanging around for a long time. I presumed they were waiting for an associate to help them. If you want someone (not a teller ) to help you, MAKE AND APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE and stop complaining about your wait time.
