F&M Bank - Merced (CA)

5 /5 Molly Lavilla: Love this bank. My husband and I opened a checking account approximately six months ago. We had been with B of A for 22 years, and were sick of the nonsense, terrible customers service extremely long lines. F & M bank has very knowledgeable bank agents, friendly service but most of all they enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend this bank.

1 /5 N H: In my experience with them the employees are great and extremely friendly, but in my opinion the bank is horrible. They have caused me a great amount of stress. The problem that they have caused me has taken a great deal of time to sort out and has costed me a great deal of sleep. I have now switched banks and cannot be happier. I would not reccomend anybody to use this bank. Who knows, they may cause the same issues for you that they caused me. Also, In my opinion they are way behind in their online banking feautures and limited branch locations. From my expierence larger banks offer way more features and are not so limited in their branch locations.

5 /5 Jeff Burdett: I cant believe some of these reviews. Ive been there for over a year now. The women there are top notch with friendly professional customer service, i never wait in line. I feel at home there. If you want personal service and to feel at home then come bank where i do.

3 /5 Lisa Dalrymple: We were going to open a new account. All 3 members were there. We had an appointment. We waited. The lady was rude. We waited longer. She didnt even know where our paperwork was that we turned in yesterday. We left without opening an account.
