Andrew Fonseca I recently got insurance with A-MAX and Melanie was super helpful and provided great customer service. Even with bad reception service, she remained calm and collected and spoke clearly in helping me get my auto insurance!

Sonder Ben Valdez is fine, gets me a quote quick within 24hours. However the people that work for him do not even give me a phone call back. Ive been trying to reduce my monthly insurance premiums but they still havent called me back. Ive worked with BMV for the past 10+ years, Ive recieved nothing but the best from Ben and Grace. But Im not to happy with the newest agent there right now. I will give them another week, then I will go somewhere else.

L Sometimes the staff arent knowledgeable and they need to work on there staffs capabilities. I get told several times things are not possible, or my car payments been made when it hasnt i have to call a manager and then they find it where they made an error all the time. Service is a hit or miss. The staff that do know are great and staff in the windsor branch are more welcoming than the santa rosa branch on mendocino
