Renee Ireland I absolutely love these people. I had taken it twice to the same jeweler to resize and he couldn’t get it right. It kept flipping upside down and broke a prong. I took it these guys they were awesome!!! It fits perfectly and looks beautiful and repaired it beautifully. I am so so very happy. It belonged to my late mother it was her engagement ring and they handled it as if was theirs !!! I highly recommend them!!!

Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere. Everybody is very sweet and kind and patient and very helpful. I highly recommend you check it out. They have amazing gifts and pieces that are a good investment for the price point. Emily Arnott My fiance and i went 3 weeks ago. We were initially just looking until i fell in love with one ring. Went back three weeks after initially looking and the staff remembered us. They’re extremely kind and helpful with discussing all of our financial options without making you feel trapped into one option. The older gentleman was extremely kind and talked with us throughout the whole process with stories he had relating to things about my fiance and i. which was a very nice conversation to have while debating financial options. they have a very wide selection of rings. all very good quality and a ton of lab made designs. if ever we were to get a new ring/ add bands i’d absolutely go back to this place! really good experience overall. they also weren’t bothered when i asked to try on a ton of different ring styles and options. very patient people and all so kind. also extremely reasonably priced with good deals depending how you pay!

She really took an incredible amount of time to understand my family and what was important to us before restoring a ring from my grandmother for my mother and then designing a custom piece using jewelry from my grandmothers ring for me. The result is something meaningful not just to me, but to my mother and daughter as well. They truly care about their customers and put genuine heart into their work. Andrea Daugherty Bought my God daughter a necklace for her quince and it ended up being a bit short. Came back and saw their no exchanges sign and was a bit discouraged. Explained what happened to the guy helping us, that we just wanted a longer version of the chain and he was happy to allow us to pay the difference. Really appreciate how easy he made this for us. Not only was I pleased with the quick service and care that Nick provided, but he was professional, friendly, and explained in detail how he repaired, reset the stones, cleaned and polished my ring. I am beyond thrilled and honestly, my ring looks better than brand new, if thats at all possible. Very reasonable rates, too. I would only recommend Gold Rush Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs.
