He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect engagement ring for my (now) wife. His expertise, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. We were so impressed that we returned to get both of our wedding bands from him as well. I did so much research on diamonds and engagement rings, and after going to 5 other jewelers and getting quotes from almost every online retailer, David and his team out did them all! They gave me the best price by far and gave me such quality diamonds and customer service that made me feel comfortable and cared about. It really helped to see the diamonds in person too, rather than online. Nancy worked with me on every detail to customize the ring just how my fiancé wanted it and she took the extra time to help me find the perfect diamond. Thank you Nancy! Theresa Kaatz I have bought several things from them years ago. Charles was wonderful and at one time was able to make another earring to match a golden loop earring. I went in a month ago to get some silver pieces cleaned. I have a nice pair of 25 year old Silver Turquoise earrings but with a post. He was able to take off the post and make a nice loop so I could wear them with different ways. I love them and happy I can wear them again. Everything, was perfect as always and especially their Customer Service with everyone there. Thank you.

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. Ralph Garippa What a beautiful boutique and shopping experience! So many one-of-a-kind designer pieces to choose from. We purchased items for ourselves and several others to give as gifts to our two daughters. Afterwards we had a lovely alfresco lunch just a few steps away in this lively neighborhood. We have come back here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is always polite and attentive to our preferences.

Levi Preston I bought my fiances ring there, its a beautiful ring and perfect for her. The sales staff was very helpful. Afterwards when it came to sizing they sized it not once but twice, because it felt a little too big after the first sizing, to be the perfect size. They where even able to do it in time for a trip out of town. Everyone there is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Cant recommend them enough.
