When I switched banks the insurance didn’t go through, instead of personally contact me he reported on my credit to a collection agency.
I’ve been paying this renters insurance for 5 years never filing a claim and this scam of an agent tarnished my credit for less than $100 after collecting thousands of $$ from me with no claims. You are not in good hands with Thep. Find another agent.
