So the day after that we went directly to progressive and got renters and auto insurance no problem go directly to the source avoid third parties

1 /5 Joseph Anderson: Jon and Elizabeth at Trust Omega decides they didn’t need to do their jobs. I have Been with them for years. Basically was told I had to figure it out on my own. Left me hanging on a State Fund Audit. No way to communicate with the workmans comp company. Told me it wasn’t his Job. My new brokers helped me get it figured out. Guess what Jon, I was right and over charged. They sent me a refund. No thanks to you guys. Elizabeth did the same thing with our medical. Now we have been charged by two companies. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund and Elizabeth basically said I’m on my own. My new brokers even said it’s her job. No one else can help because she is the broker. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money go elsewhere.
