Advay Mengle Jim provides excellent customer service. I recently had to use my insurance for the first time, with a not-at-fault incident, and Jim explained all my options to ensure I could take full advantage of my policy, and guided the claim through State Farm HQs various mistakes & delays. Apropos of nothing: unsecured load drivers need much harsher punishment. The rest of us shouldnt have to subsidize their carelessness.

Rudy Hernandez I’ve sat in a couple Health Insurance offices trying to find health insurance that fits within my budget. But most importantly for me is the transparency and education to what I’m getting myself into. I have not had a single provider go into the amount of detail that Sam Olson went into, and I felt completely understood the entire process. He was completely transparent with what I was buying and recommended different options. There was no script or pushy sales tactic he knew what to recommend and I encouraged me to look at different options.
