Recently I visited their office and talked to Anh to review my policies to make sure my houses are fully covered in case of wildfire incidents. Ana Warriner Don’t do business with this insurance broker!! We had been with them for over fifteen years, and they never notified us that we were going to be dropped from our homeowners insurance. Mind you, they learn two months prior that you will be dropped from the insurance company. They called back with a quote DOUBLE THE AMOUNT that I was quoted from another broker. The funny part was that it was the same insurance company that now covers us. So it was all lies from this company !! If I could give this company a negative zero, I would!
