1 /5 Belinda Jones: They are a rip off, after my friend paid for his insurance the agent called him 9 days later wanting an additional $150.00 more, said she had made a mistake he cancelled it, then said he had to pay for her mistake and would not give him a refund. That 9 days should have been prorated. Not recommended insurance company company. Does not diserve a single star.
3 /5 Food Critic critical: Fair but can be more helpful they say call one place I call they redirect to someone else just to call them just to hang up because they are too busy to find time to talk to a paying customer now I understand people and companies get busy but to hang up with no messages or voicemail anything is a waste of my time and my money I’d appreciate if they take my information down and call back anything to not just hang up and not reach out back communication is key sometimes people just forget how they started off

candymanfb Tom Waddell has been our Agent for over 15 years and weve been with State Farm for about 25 years. I havent needed to contact the office much in that time but today Im disappointed to call this office my agent.
I asked Lauren a simple question about a vehicle but I got an unhelpful response. Lauren told me I need the VIN and other vehicle specifics. When I told her that doesnt make sense she transferred me to Jackie. Jackie provided me with the information I wanted without any hassles after finding my profile. PLEASE NOTE THAT JACKIE DID NOT NEED THE VIN TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE INFORMATION I REQUESTED.
The problem is seems to be that people dont listen or sometimes thinks about what you are saying. I told Lauren that Tom Waddell is my agent at the beginning of the conversation, but I got a response that wasnt genuine or thought through.
The low rating is due to the customer service of Lauren. People need to provide better customer service or dont they shouldnt complain when a robot takes over their job!
Ayvee Em Absolutely the best in town. These ladies know theyre stuff. The customer service is outstanding. I was able to get the best and cheapest insurance policies for my vehicles. Oh, and they speak Spanish too.

Setting up my auto insurance was quick and smooth, and they explained everything clearly. I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage my policy online and through the app.
Although I didn’t need to file a claim, they were always responsive to my questions and very transparent about coverage and costs. Definitely one of the more reliable and trustworthy insurance providers I’ve worked with. Highly recommend!
