5 /5 Spire Wellness: First, I should start off with saying I wish there was ability to give 11 stars.
I have been a loyal customer, (who feels like a family member at this point) for something like 15 years now. It has been so long and I would never even fathom changing so I really stopped counting. I can truly say I would never go anywhere else and I refer people all the time who thank me immensely.
Sathers insurance is a true family owned business, and I always feel comfortable, insurance is one of those things which can be personal when you need a claim. Those guys in the red shirts and khaki pants have expensive commercials which try to emulate what Sathers actually embodies.
I miss Judys voice answering the phone... for those in the know she is the brightest light of a person. Really a mother figure to anyone who had the pleasure to meet her.
I know I can call Troy anytime and he always has my back... that man works way too hard. I swear I feel as if he is the "Godfather" of insurance for people in the Ventura county area.
I can call Pierre anytime and he will always give me advise, even if it regarding an employer medical plan which may not even be held with Sathers.
When my policies are not on automatic payment, I get a personal reminder call so my insurance never has a laps.
I get personal calls when they find a policy which can save me money.
So if you want a "professional" to handle your insurance go direct with one of the big names and be a number...
If you want THE PROFESSIONALS who can get you any policy you want and yes you might feel as if you are speaking with a buddy at first... soon to end up more like family the call them and speak to a friend who will always have your back.
