Joe G This place is awesome near the Food Court. Its a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macys several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macys send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. Thats more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes itll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch Im going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.

Phillip Sweet Nick made picking and ordering a custom piece for my wife a more than wonderful experience. He was honest and upfront about pricing, and got it to me in a pretty timely manner. He was kind and more than happy to spend the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. He got it to match my wifes other jewelry all we way down to the link size/shape in the chain. His attention to detail is meticulous. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry already in the cases and look a lot more custom and less mass produced than you see in those chains. Im glad I stopped in. This will be my family jeweler for sure! This will be my recommendation for anyone looking for a jeweler. You can expect me back.

They offer awesome jewelry at amazing prices and will order what they dont have. Tessa Pulido I had an amazing experience working with Emily!! I had an idea of an engagement ring design, but Emily brought it to life (pic attached)! Before this, I had never heard of the four Cs or done any research on engagement rings besides a few image searches. Emily was extremely prepared for our appointment and asked many questions about even the most minute details, which made me feel confident in her knowledge and approach towards designing a ring. She was patient with me when it came to the sapphire color (didnt realize I was so picky) and helped me angle the stones using a quick design tool on her computer. All wedding bands were available for the engagement ring appointment, which helped me decide which band fit best. The office is a lovely space and all staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this location and definitely Emily, since she did a fantastic job using only a few Pinterest screenshot reference photos :)

Nga Dinh Ann is the best at her craft and a wonderful woman. I needed help with fixing my daughter’s necklace. She immediately figured out the problem and happily fixed the clasp within a minute. Lisa Conlon William designed a gorgeous custom sapphire and gold ring for me. The collaborative process went very smoothly and the result was just what I had envisioned. I will definitely return the next time I have a project in mind. I highly recommend Ross Goldsmith.
