1 /5 John Robertson: Even by insurance agency standards, this place is absolutely awful. Signed a policy with Christen Scanlon years ago who was great and always available to talk. I had a condo and auto policy for over a year since Monique took over and Ive never talked to her. Not once. Try and call the office number before signing a policy to see how impossible it is to get someone on the phone. If you have a wreck or are injured, forget about it. Just go with a cheaper option that also isnt going to be able to contact in an emergency.
Edit: In response to Monique, I also had an Allstate service rep try and get in touch with someone at the office and they were also unable to. I canceled my policy by email (because they require written notice) and a week later I find out they never canceled it because I was charged $616 automatically in error. So no, theyre responsiveness is very poor.
