Vickie Evangelists Started with Allstate over 30 years ago. My agent was Michael Gourley. I hated when Michael sold the business and moved on. He had became a friend. So afraid I would never feel the same about Allstate. While I havent actually met Ryan I have done business with him and find their office just as professional as Michaels was. I insurance both my home and my car with them. Very satisfied with my newer agent and the staff.

John Alexander I was looking for a simple medical plan; didnt have any impending emergencies, just preparing. Id heard about Telling Insurance so I contacted them and spoke to Kathleen, who was immensely helpful, even amidst the business of preparing for the Affordable Care Act, which brought an onslaught of applicants like me. Kathleen filled out and sent me several spreadsheets that made it easy to compare plans; she was available and happy to answer my questions, and even checked in with me several times after Id selected the plan I wanted, just to make sure Id gotten the ID cards and paperwork from the insurance agency. She even checked on the status of my application with Blue Shield, on my behalf. That sort of initiative and service is rare, and bears commendation. Thanks so much!

You can walk into their spacious professional office and immediately speak to Jamel, Sugan or Tasha in person, and theyll get started that moment on finding you a policy. Absolutely knowledgeable, deeply experienced, concerned, able to smoothly address and execute on our needs. And friendly. I asked lots of questions, and while they are a busy office, they always found time to educate me. Always answered the phone right away. And so nicely! Yup, they are pros. We couldnt have been happier with any insurance broker. Wish I had a way to recommend Freeman Insurance more highly. But alas, take my word. Youll really appreciate them, promise.
