Pamela Caples I met with Kao for my first review since Phillip Call became our new agent. Kao provided excellent customer service. He was polite, professional, thorough, and patient as he reviewed all aspects of every account we have with State Farm. I appreciated how he took the time to find the best solutions to the questions and concerns I had about our account. Another employee created some problems for us when we first came to Phillip Call’s office and I wanted to find a different agent. But, so far, working with Kao has restored more of my confidence in this office.

Oscar Munoz Juan Romo is awesome, he even answers my calls when he is on vacation in Mexico. Who does that.

Recently though I had urgent personal insurance needs and he gave me super knowledgeable advice and even recommended another company that he did not represent!! His advice totally saved the day!

Rita Rojas We switched to Michael Carey (Farmers) when our prior policy sky rocketed due to our 2 teenage drivers. He made our teen drivers affordable! He has saved us a lot of money on an umbrella policy covering our home and automobiles. We have been with him 14 years and have had great, personalized customer service. When our needs change he quickly returns calls and puts together a new policy without any complaints. Then he follows up with an email to keep us fully informed. Michael also still trys to save us money when ever possible. We really appreciate his courteous nature and great work ethics.
