I have been trying to get a claim which dates from 2023 satisfied. The hang-up isnt the insurance company but the contractor. Jims office has been most helpful in directing me to the right place to get answers to questions about this years-old claim. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs insurance, whether its homeowners or auto.

Ryan’s Reviews Great prices crappy service fred loya, the ladies at the long beach branch were more helpful but other branches like the santa ana one accross from the dmv sucks I love the floor though awesome color for a floor anyway at the santa ana location I was suppose to be off auto pay when I logged on the app they said I was still on auto pay than the ladies couldnt even remind me what card was on auto pay notmally u can give the last 4 thats why I say forget the headache Ill just do it myself and if there isnt a card on file why am i getting charged for no funds im probably still on auto pay I betcha im gonna have the money in paypal just incase

We were struggling to find insurance for our home in Truckee, CA after being dropped by our previous carrier. I stressed for two months trying to find an insurance broker to help me before I found a recommendation for Stewart on Nexdoor. He is responsive and professional and in within one week was able to sort out policies for our rather complicated insurance needs. Thankfully, we did not have to resort to CA Fair Plan.
