5 /5 Laura H.: For those of you who are searching for insurance coverage I can highly recommend Stewart Rubiano, Agency Owner at Farmers Insurance. We were struggling to find insurance for our home in Truckee, CA after being dropped by our previous carrier. I stressed for two months trying to find an insurance broker to help me before I found a recommendation for Stewart on Nexdoor. He is responsive and professional and in within one week was able to sort out policies for our rather complicated insurance needs. Thankfully, we did not have to resort to CA Fair Plan. He has a very talented team of people who are just as professional and efficient as he is. Rhianna helped me with our Auto Policies a few months ago and was terrific to work with. I cannot speak highly enough about Stewart and his team.

I needed two policies for an ADU we are building on our property. One policy for liability, and one for the build. After doing her research - Shelly was able to secure the two policies - with excellent coverage - and within hours we were ALL SET. 5 /5 Elias Small: I reached out to Stewarts Office and spoke with Rommel Rivas. I called with a ton of confusion and questions about FAIR plan, landlord policies, liability amounts, etc. He answered everything clearly and thoroughly and if he didnt know something he was honest about it, and would call people to figure out the answer and get back to me with explanations. He made the annoying experience of buying home insurance in California so much more tolerable than it would have been. I could tell he didnt just want to make a sale, he really wanted to me in a good insurance situation that covered me fully and that didnt cost a fortune. He took effort in curating the policy that fit my needs (which were a bit confusing due to it being an apartment complex), and gave me the pluses and minuses of the different options I had in front of me. Couldnt recommend more highly.
