James Ferguson I called Marc late one afternoon as the office was closing, leaving a message about damage to my vehicle. The first thing the next morning I received a call from Marc himself. He very expertly explained the claims process and how I could register an account with State Farm so I could follow the progress of the claim via my email and smartphone. He called me back in just a few minutes with my claims number and the process was under way immediately. Before we had completed the call we discussed a rental car company to use. Within a few minutes I received a call from the rental car company, as State Farm had already contacted them to call me. I was totally impressed with Marcs quick response and his reassuring calm, friendly demeanor. He immediately reduced the stress I was feeling.
