2 /5 Alberto Duran: Service needs major improvement. They have a minimalist office atmosphere. Almost always only one agent to assist. Process from start to finish can take well over 1 1/2 hours( took me about 2 hrs and didnt get i/. They have to submit your insurance application to a supervisor and hope that supervisor is not busy to review the application/contract.

1 /5 Catherine Nateras: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nasty attitude and customer service specifically from Solis Sarahi Esperanza whom doesnt seem to know what the hell she is doing, this office is full of incompetent people, definetly changing my insurance.

My recent encounter with this so-called insurance provider left me seething with frustration and disbelief. As my companions and I approached the entrance well before closing time, we were met with the unmistakable sound of the door being locked in our faces, as if we were unwelcome intruders rather than potential customers. The blatant disregard for basic courtesy exhibited by Fred Loya Insurance is nothing short of appalling. Instead of accommodating our arrival, they chose to barricade themselves behind closed doors, leaving us stranded outside with no explanation or apology. Its as if they believe their time is more valuable than ours, an attitude that reeks of arrogance and entitlement. This egregious display of disrespect is a clear reflection of Fred Loya Insurances overall lack of professionalism and customer care. If they cant even manage to keep their doors open until the posted closing time, how can they be trusted to handle something as important as insurance? Its a disgraceful betrayal of trust and a slap in the face to anyone who dares to seek their services. I urge anyone considering Fred Loya Insurance to think twice before subjecting themselves to such abysmal treatment. There are plenty of reputable insurance providers out there who actually value their customers and understand the meaning of basic decency. Dont waste your time and money on a company that cant even be bothered to keep its doors open. Fred Loya Insurance has proven that theyre not worth the hassle.

3 /5 Ryan’s Reviews: Great prices crappy service fred loya, the ladies at the long beach branch were more helpful but other branches like the santa ana one accross from the dmv sucks I love the floor though awesome color for a floor anyway at the santa ana location I was suppose to be off auto pay when I logged on the app they said I was still on auto pay than the ladies couldnt even remind me what card was on auto pay notmally u can give the last 4 thats why I say forget the headache Ill just do it myself and if there isnt a card on file why am i getting charged for no funds im probably still on auto pay I betcha im gonna have the money in paypal just incase

1 /5 Tay Katnov: Called with all my info to get a quote when I got there they switched and were gonna charge me way more than I expected. Bait and switch is illegal in CA a lady didnt want to complete our policy and a guy there tried to rush us into signing it . This spot is a joke . Get insured thru Jerry insurance not here .
