Sunny Sun I had a consultation with Mr. Chiao yesterday regarding some issues that I had with HOA and property management. Mr. Chiao had a very detailed break down to answer all my questions and concerns based on California Law and CC&Rs. She was very thorough and extremely fast. Within 1 week of the initial meeting, we were back in her office to notarize the final documents. Her attorneys fee were the lowest out of the 3 attorneys I compared. She is very compassionate and patient, yet efficient and knowledgeable.
