Tony Pezzolo Jill was an excellent guide through some fairly miserable terrain. I can highly recommend her collaborative divorce services. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable, with a fair hourly rate for the area. She is also not one to "nickel and dime" as many other attorneys do. The fact that she has a good relationship with many other counsel in the area was very beneficial and helped expedite the whole process - which helped significantly with the emotional and financial toll.

James Plant I have been fortunate that I have not needed much legal advice in my life, so I have no basis for comparison really. Estate planning is a little weird - we dont really want to think about our own demise. I will say this though, as tedious, and weird as estate planning may be, it is an essential part of good financial planning. We made an appointment for an initial consultation and met with Joseph, an attorney in their office. We certainly got an education! Joseph has a remarkable ability to summarize the complexities of probate law into terminology that we could understand, and he explained things in a very practical manner which removed the weirdness of estate planning. By the end of that first meeting, we were very comfortable working with the firm, and Joseph. Over subsequent weeks, there were questions going backwards and forwards - any questions we had, were answered very promptly. The result was, a very detailed plan that we are extremely happy with, and now that it is done, the weirdness has been replaced with a huge weight being lifted from our shoulders, and for that, I would like to thank the team at Desert Law Group, and in particular, Joseph, for the advice, professionalism and attention to detail.
