David is the best criminal defense lawyer in Stockton, very knowledgeable, and does an incredible job! He told me of a plea deal I could take which would allow for dismissal of my drug charges at a later time provided all of the qualifications were fulfilled. He also handled a DUI cases that had been pending against me for months. Upon following his advice and completing the requirements I was able to move on with no jail time and the charges were removed from my record.
