He offered me a free consultation at which time he went over the types of sexual harassment in the workplace. After our initial free consultation, Mr. Setyan determined that what was happening to me at work was indeed sexual harassment. After almost 2 years of fighting for me & believing in me he settled my case. He was kind, patient and polite. We prepared for trial, but in the end my employer gave him a settlement amount that I couldnt imagine. He still wanted to take this case to trial, but I really just wanted the settlement money and to move on and he understood.
