Elijah Sabree I’ve worked with Ms. Berrier twice from 2023 to 2025 regarding a custody case. March 2023, I was served during a cross country move and the case was closed while I was trying to figure out how to respond. I called her, she immediately found the applicable law surrounding my circumstances, had the case reopened and got me an expedited hearing. As a result I was granted some visitation and partial custody. In that same time span, she worked diligently to get me additional visitation for a family event. Fast forward to January 2025, my child’s other parent backed out of two notarized agreements that we made for me to have our child for an extended period. Ms. Berrier handled the process SWIFTLY, got me a zoom hearing and trial to spare me cross country travel expenses, as well as appeared on my behalf. At trial she was an absolute SHARK. Ms. Berrier picked apart inaccuracies and walked my child’s other parent into admitting that she wasn’t being truthful, as well as intentionally deceptive.
