Deborah Khalilifar I want to extend my gratitude to Marvin Pederson for a spectacular job on my case. Long story short, I was involved in a 3-car accident (two of the cars were totaled, one of which was mine) The 3rd car was barely damaged and was the responsible party. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The 3rd party’s insurance company was State Farm and their offer was several thousand dollars less than my medical bills. When multiple calls were made to them to question this, they never returned calls or corresponded with me. I had not intended on pursing this in court had they just stepped up, but they played their greedy hand. Now, I did not have an attorney that I knew, so I reached out to a few I saw advertised. Well guess what, if you don’t have a serious injury, they’re not interested. I reached out to friend who referred me to Marvin Pederson. I told Marvin my story and he accepted the task citing that he hates people getting taking advantage of by big insurance companies. Fast forward---Marvin Pederson settled this case which paid all expenses involved and a hefty settlement to me that exceeded all expectations. The moral of this story, there are great attorneys out there who fight for the underdog. Thanks again, Marvin.

Stephen C This is the first and hopefully last time I will have to go through a bankruptcy and Karen Grant helped make this ordeal less stressful than I was expecting. If I had to just use one word to describe the experience working with her it would be “professional”. Never did I get the feeling that I was being judged in anyway. She just wanted to know the facts/details with the purpose of filling out all the paperwork properly. The whole process from initially contacting her to the final court hearing took about 4 months. It could have been quicker but I had trouble getting my credit report. All in all, I am glad it’s over and I would highly recommend Karen for first timers like myself.
