Suzanne Simpson Anthony and Vivian went above and beyond in handling my case. They communicated with me constantly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I actually had a difficult case as I was working for the government using my personal vehicle when the accident occurred. Since, it happened on private property and it was a personal party’s fault, I could not be seen for my medical needs under workman’s comp. This held up some of my medical care. Once I contacted my lawyers’ office about my issues getting medical care started, Mr. Gonsalves was very supportive and responsive to my needs. Fortunately, AG Law was able to refer me to doctors who could get me seen under a lien agreement (I’m not clear on all the technical terms). William Blue I was arrested for driving under the influence and hit and run. I hired Berkeley DUI attorney Dan Roth because he was straight forward with me in my consultation. My alcohol level was .30, three times the limit. The police officers violated my constitutional rights. Mr. Roth told me to be patient, did research and drafted and filed with the Court a Motion to Suppress. The District Attorney’s Office opposed the motion vigorously. Mr. Roth cross-examined the police officer before the Judge and the Judged ruled in our favor. The Judge suppressed all the evidence, concluding the officer violated my constitutional right and dismissed my case. jane dizon Although the circumstances surrounding hiring a lawyer is never easy, Attorney Ned Ng and his paralegal Dianne were absolutely amazing to work with. My father married overseas in the only country that prohibits divorce (Philippines). I planned on helping my Dad file divorce paperwork but after doing some research, realized my dad would need professional legal services.
