Ellen Buzzard I found 707 Jimenez Insurance Services to be very friendly, helpful, affordable, easy to work with & willing to help me when I called. After calling several other insurance agencies prior to calling 707 Jimenez, I was thrilled that a real person answered the phone rather than leaving a voice mail. I was transfered to another real person who helped me, addressed my needs & gave me solid answers before our conversation was finished. Some insurance companies where I left a voice mail didnt return my call for 1-2 weeks. My reason for calling 707 Jimenez Insurance Services was taken care of, processed & completed by the end of that same day. They even went the extra mile & contacted DMV for me. Working with 707 Jimenze was quick, easy, convenient & hassle free. I found the whole experience to be positive & a refreshing change of pace.

Serenity Vann This insurance company must be a scam. I was hit in a car accident by someone who had this insurance. My insurance dubbed it not my fault therefore it was American national’s responsibility to cover the costs. They gave me a case worker, Charity, who never answered a single call. I left at least 6 voicemails and was never reached out to and eventually they stopped answering my calls all together. I never got any insurance pay out because this company refuses to work at all. Do not pay these idiots anything.
