Abby Rodriguez We were seen within 10 minutes of our arrival and Erika Guzman was not only very polite but efficent with explaining our new policy with them. The price of our monthly insurance is very satisfactory and our coverage is to our expectation. I recommend Fred Loya to anyone. Compared to Farmers Insurance our previous company.

Gina Gomez Juan and Maria have always been extremely helpful to me and my family. Making changes to our policies has always been easy. If there is a problem it is taken care of quickly. Trish Jenkins I don’t always give 5 stars however after being with Keegan and his team for 5 years I have to say that him and his team are always helpful! My son was in a car accident and Keegan made himself readily available to help ease my nerves. Him and his team truly care and do right by the customer. In an age where customer service isn’t the greatest anymore, Keegan ensures to go above and beyond.

maria Bishop My experience is too long to put on here. I was involved in a accident with someone who has Progressive insurance. My car was totaled. It has been four months and after they stopped payment on the check they made me drive an hour away to get, I have had nothing but trouble getting a hold of anyone and getting information as to how to get paid for my car, that they already picked up. I still owe on the car and am having to make payments but had to stop because it muddies the waters so-to- speak in regards to how much they pay the company to pay my car off- so in other words my credit is now effected. I have more complaints but this will suffice for now. I would never get involved with a company like this if I were you.
