1 /5 Yang Zhao: this guy is a liar,who always cheats and bullys Chinese people.Here is the detail,I bought all-state insurance April this year,becasue my car is new so I bought fully comprehensive insurance.Several days ago I had a accident by other peoples full resposibility,the insuance agency even didnt want to deal with my case,He told me to contact that guys insurance company by myself.he even didnt answer my phone call. whats insurance agency,insurance agency is that help customers to deal with their cases.To be honest,He is nothing but an irresponsible liar.Whats more,he still tried to trick me into buying insurance from him again,and there was a threat involved. Im not going to stop here,Im going to keep filing complaints.

1 /5 Melanie Parham: I have been attempting to cancel my policy with Leslie Hiew for over 6 months. I thought I had cancelled it two years ago when I moved away from the property and was shocked to discover I still had an open policy with Leslie Hiew for this place. I have since called over 15 times and left a message each time. I have also sent multiple emails and have heard nothing back in response. I would not recommend this service in any way. That said, I trust Allstate and continue to use them, just not Leslie Hiew.
