C R Progressive unfairly raised my rates after an accident where debris hit the underside of my car on the freeway. They labeled it a collision and said I was at fault—how is that my fault? To make it worse, they never told me about the rate hike or fault decision. When I called, the rep admitted they “forgot” due to switching to digital notices. Totally unprofessional. I’m leaving Progressive and will never recommend them to anyone. Terrible service and even worse communication.

John I recently switched my State Farm Agent to Pam Shelton-Allen’s State Farm office. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I’ve received so far, especially from my agent, Megan. Megan makes you feel valued as a customer and truly cares in the level of service she provides. I feel valued as a State Farm customer again based on how I’ve been treated so far. If you’re looking for a new agent or thinking about switching your current agent, you can’t go wrong with Pam Shelton-Allen’s State Farm office on Oakdale Road in Modesto. Paige Dority I love visiting this location. Compared to the DiBuduo & DeFendis Fresno office, the Clovis office is pretty small. The brokers and staff here are wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help! The abundance of services they provide for their clients make them extremely valuable in their industry. Ryan Gule I had the opportunity to speak with RP at IDIS in order to look at alternative insurance options for my business. I wanted to discuss my existing coverages (with another ins. provider) and determine if she was able to find me similar or better insurance at a better price. She was frank and honest that my existing provider was already good value. RPs professionalism is reflected here. She valued my goals (even as a non client) over a desire to simply earn my business. I will not hesitate to call on her when its time to pursue options again.

J L Herchenroeder I was really surprised at how fast the service was. I came in for an international driving permit, as did about 3 other people, and i think we were all finished within 20 minutes. That includes the photos for the permit. On the way out they gave me a tote bag and coupons, too

Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.

Natalia gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was on a tight deadline to get my truck insured, and she made it happen fast, plus she even got me a discount. I had the chance to meet her in the office, and she took the time to clearly explain everything. She made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Andrea handled all the permits I needed to haul containers from the ports. She’s great at keeping you in the loop and gave me updates throughout every step of the process. Her communication is excellent, and I really appreciated that. Gabriela helped me set up auto-pay, and made it quick and simple. Just one less thing to worry about! Honestly, the whole team at Atlantis has been great. Friendly, professional, and on top of everything. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
