I came in for an international driving permit, as did about 3 other people, and i think we were all finished within 20 minutes. That includes the photos for the permit. On the way out they gave me a tote bag and coupons, too

1 /5 Pramod Gosavi: I could give negative stars if there was an option. This is probably the worst auto repair experience and crazy considering this is associated with a brand like AAA. They prey on poor customers getting the car towed in with the AAA towing. The front desk and manager are just thugs. They actually sound and act like thugs. Charged me for an hr of diagnostics and probably did 5 mins of actual work of trying to start the car and look under the hood. Recommended changing everything for a 10 yr old car. When i declined the work, they asked me to pay $500 of storage fees at $75 a day when their own invoice says $25/day if the car is not picked 2 days after agreed upon work is done. Refused to even let me take my things from the car. Kept increasing the storage fees to $1000 until I got help from their main walnut creek office, but still charging me $75/day and threatening to charge more if I dont come pick up same day. Thankfully the main office was able to help. There is a guy called alexander valera who is so offensive and aggressive, I dont know why he is on the front desk. Avoid this shop at all costs.

1 /5 joe chen: Ive been with AAA almost 40+ years, but the day I went for my car auto repair, the Associated by the name ***Danny Gonzalez*** didnt have ANY customer service at ALL. He has anger management. Thats how you lose customers like me.

1 /5 Jalal Shehk: Long wait times, staff move slow and only 2 people doing dmv stuff. This isnt the first time they say its going to take more than 30 minutes for simple paperwork Other branches have all hands on deck. Any one will handle your quick dmv paperwork. Over here I see atleast 4 agents chatting and not attending to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and headache and go to another branch. Better yet Dmv itself will be quicker than here.
