Id heard about Telling Insurance so I contacted them and spoke to Kathleen, who was immensely helpful, even amidst the business of preparing for the Affordable Care Act, which brought an onslaught of applicants like me. Kathleen filled out and sent me several spreadsheets that made it easy to compare plans; she was available and happy to answer my questions, and even checked in with me several times after Id selected the plan I wanted, just to make sure Id gotten the ID cards and paperwork from the insurance agency. She even checked on the status of my application with Blue Shield, on my behalf. That sort of initiative and service is rare, and bears commendation. Thanks so much!
