1 /5 Seth Kozlik: I wondered why Quickbooks parted ways with them, but I think I get it now. Trying to enroll my employees through their site, we kept getting a message that our company doesn’t offer vision or dental. But we do. So calling tech support we were told they see the problem, would have it fixed and email us in two days. That didn’t happen. We called 4 times and the exact same promise was broken.
Then we got calls from SimplyInsured that our ENTIRE company renewal was not able to be processed because the new employees had not selected vision or dental options…WHICH WE COULDN’T DO BECAUSE OF THEIR WEBSITE! 3 more calls and sets of promises to resolve.
I am not on the 18th of January and they have still not submitted my renewal policy. I am consulting with my attorney at this point. Protect your employees, protect yourself from liability. Stay away from SimplyUninsured.
5/13 update, my wife is at the dentist and they cant find her coverage. Their online chat is offline, and their phone line says its after hours although it clearly says 5pm PST. its says to leave a message then hangs up and wont let you. I cant emphasis enough how much I hate these people. We are schedule to move the whole company out from them in July
