Trade Visa (VisaTrade) Im hoping this is the insurence broker I once had. It used to be located near SRJC. Gabriella Rivera insurence was the best broker Ive ever had. Gabby herself was a very sweet person. She made me feel like she had me covered and not to worry about insurence as long as I had her company as my broker. Anytime I needed to adjust my policy or add a car I could call. I noticed theyd always find me the best deal. Once I had to insure a dually truck and was informed it had commercial insurence required. It was beyond my means but they made it easy to insure it for a month while I used it to move. My parents are with Geico for some reason but now need a more custom insurence for their classic car. Im recommending Rivera Insurence Agency.

Greg Brockbank I know nothing negative about Lisa, and she has in fact been very nice and helpful since I started with their office a couple years ago for a car and home insurance. It was not easy, with a new car, and selling an old house, and dealing with a new one, in the world where too many of us get frustrated too easily because we are expected to use automated systems, But I mainly write about Lisa’s assistant, Vanessa, who is a breath of fresh air as a lively, intelligent, friendly, helpful person who radiates the fact that she wants to help you, and concisely offers several ways that you can actually understand. She is indeed a delight to work with, and never seems to mind the time I take, and if she treats everyone like she treats me, Lisa could have hundreds of clients who would all be treated very well indeed.

T Y Tim is by far the most professional agent I have met! He provided great service and hes super friendly. After we initiate the insurance policy, he made an appointment to go over the policy details with me. Hes extremely detail oriented and made sure I understand all the terms. Patrick Blohm Jennifer Ryan is hands down the best insurance agent that I’ve ever had. She’s done something for me that no one else has done. She referred me to another company who could get me a better price. She will also tell you how it is. Whether it’s good or bad news. If she doesn’t have the answer, she makes phone calls to get it for you. Too bad you can only rate up to five stars because she deserves more. I highly recommend you get a quote from her. She deals with multiple insurance agencies and she knows her way around the business to get you the best deal.

Jill Been with 21st for years on autopay, out of the blue started receiving cancellation notices, had to pay different amounts for several months, called them several times only to wait 1.5 hrs to talk to someone, thought everything was cleared up and it happened again, another hour or so to reach someone its horrible!! Ive done this off and on for almost a year, never being told the actual problem from the beginning, this was more than frustrating, unbelievable...I definitely dont recommend 21st if this is how they treat their great customers, by the way Ive never filed a claim...
