2 /5 Jill: Been with 21st for years on autopay, out of the blue started receiving cancellation notices, had to pay different amounts for several months, called them several times only to wait 1.5 hrs to talk to someone, thought everything was cleared up and it happened again, another hour or so to reach someone its horrible!! Ive done this off and on for almost a year, never being told the actual problem from the beginning, this was more than frustrating, unbelievable...I definitely dont recommend 21st if this is how they treat their great customers, by the way Ive never filed a claim...
