5 /5 Cynthia Morris: This place will help you ND be much quicker than the DMV. I have sold 2 cars and bought 2 and brought all 4 of them here to do the title transfer. It was very quick. However if you do have the time to go to the DMV that is an option also because then you do not have to pay an extra fee. But that fee you pay for here is for convenience. We have always been in and out with in 15 min and ate assured that all the paperwork is correct with their experience.

1 /5 Maria Szot: We are a dealer from out of state and this location is a partner for the CA DMV. I shipped them the paperwork after I spoke to them and got all the information needed. As soon as the paperwork arrived they said they could not process it because the check was made to the DMV. They told me over the phone I was to make it out to the DMV and there fee was separate. They also became very rude to the customer and were very unprofessional. Instead of sending me back the paperwork, they gave it to the customer, which is not what you are suppose to do when coming out of state. When I called them to ask them why they did this, they just kept hanging up on me. Yes I will be reporting this facility to the state of California. They in no way should be in business.
