Im in perfect health recently started taking zoloft for mild anxiety for couple of months. Was denied because of this. Submitted blood tests everything. Im in perfect health and waited 1 month for this decision. Dont deal with them

1 /5 Pat CH: Very poor customer service. My client cannot speak English. She hired me to help/translate for her with an SBA loan. We applied together (I had Power of Attorney) for $275,000. term life insurance. The process was very slow. My client wanted to use her ow Vietnamese insurance agent, I asked her to please try Ladder. That was three weeks ago. My Vietnamese client asked me for the cost almost every day. I could not get a price after may requests. For anyone that ever had a Vietnamese client, they are demanding. She asked me every day for a quote, Ladder could not provide. I was being badgered daily by my client. If youre in a rush, better go elsewhere
