dylan wright I went in today to get my new watch resized. The guy who helped was the nicest person I have ever met. Kept a good conversation and was quick and affordable. Would recommend to anyone who needs anything fixed. He rocks!

Jacq By chance I found this hidden gem of a jewelry store and repair on my way to donate at Snowline. I have had two sentimental pieces of my late mothers jewelry that have needed repair for years.... The garnet cabochon necklace required restringing, which I couldnt fine a jeweler who was able to fix. The jade needed a very narrow ring that was thicker on the top. The shop did a beautiful job, top notch! So knowledgeable, including the other employees. Love!❤️

DD Tap and Sean were super awesome. Tap helped me out even while he was eating lunch, super nice! They also gave me reasonable prices!

Dwayne Cox Treated me like family as soon as I walked in the door customer service was top-tier The one thing I really love about the store was if you buy something with diamonds and they fall out, they will automatically put them back in with no charge That is a major major plus As you know, they do fall out from time to time and they have great deals. Bianca was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the different styles and options, but she also took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her warm personality, patience, and genuine care made this a truly memorable shopping experience. My mom absolutely loved the earrings, and we have Bianca to thank for that!
