He helped me a lot, cleared all my doubts he was always very patient with me, he was honest and he helped me find the best insurance for my car. Its hard to find people like that !!! I recommend, he is a rare gem!

1 /5 Thomas Hernandez: called just auto insurance my broker for infinity/ Kemper insurance and explained to Allysa Cardenas that Monday August 19, 2024 I had called it to renew my auto insurance for my 2020 Toyota tundra and Bryan was the insurance agent I spoke with. Bryan had already verbally gave me pricing Over the phone and told me he would call me or text me when he was ready for my debit card payment. He texted me about 6 pm and told me he was ready to process payment. I asked if he could wait 30 minutes, he said yes. I called 15 minutes after he said he could wait , didnt even wait 30 minutes and they said he was gone from the office. Another insurance agent tried looking for my insurance and said he didnt know how to proceed. If he is incompetent that is not my fault. After I explained to Allysa Cardenas what happened she transferred me to customers service. Nobody answered so I hung up. Be careful these agents are grossly incompetent especially Bryan, etc. They didnt know how to process my policy and I might suffer a big loss due to this. They have made numerous mistakes They are unprofessional
