Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.

Ranko Nakamura Bill Wehde and Scott have always been so helpful and so quick to respond to any question, claim or phone call. They follow up immediately and solved and resolved any question or claim we submitted. We had flooding from rain and then about 4 months later flooding again from a faulty valve on a toilet. It was such a mess, but everything was taken care of so quickly and replaced and repaired. Bill and Scott definitely give us peace of mind and truly turned our disasters into a beautiful home again.
