Juan Ravelero Excellent customer service provided by Osman, I was not able to travel to Mexico the days that I stated in the car insurance policy because I had a family emergency, so I asked Osman to do the amendment to the new dates, and he did it in no time!! I have been using Lewis & Lewis for many years and every time that I travel to Mexico and I will keep with them forever because agents like OSMAN make a big difference for all of us. Amy G. T. Would not recommend. After my 6 month coverage is over i will be getting coverage elsewhere. They sent me to collections because supposedly they continued to cover me even though i didnt pay for that month and they even sent me a paper saying they would not cover me. Yet they sent me to collections for being covered. Rediculous. I even have a 6 month coverage and they still charged me for another account. Dont get this insurance. They will steal from you.
