Recently, I had to file an auto claim, they have been great in helping me with the claim reporting and keeping me updated along the way. 5 /5 Sandy Shen: I highly recommend Jessica and Xylia who wrote me a homeowner policy this year. They came to our rescue when we were closing a house. At first we shopped with a different broker, and lender asked for 2 small fixes. They were unable to correct the loan number in 24 hours. I was stressed out making tons of calls, SMS and emails, to no avail. As my locked rate would expire immediately, I was prepared to pay $100+ to extend the locked mortgage rate. Then came Jessica to put out the fire. She and Xylia quickly wrote me a policy, and we were able to get the loan funded on time. Phew! I am very impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness.

Unlike many other insurance brokers, they do a lot of work when my policies are up for renewal. They do give me advices when my insurance renewal premium goes higher than it should be; by the same time they list several quotes for me to decide.
